The L293D Motor Driver Shield is an plug-and-play expansion board designed to stack directly onto Arduino Uno and Mega development boards. Incorporating two L293D H-Bridge ICs and a 74HC595 shift register, it can independently drive up to 4 bi-directional DC motors, 2 stepper motors, and 2 hobby servo motors simultaneously. It includes dedicated screw terminal blocks for easy motor wire connections and external power input isolation jumper pins. Excellent for complex robotic platforms requiring multiple actuators without cluttered wiring.
